The NOVUM Hotel Group expands abroad: with the Apple Park Hotel in Maastricht another excellent location in the Netherlands has been acquired; one that opens its doors on 1 March 2017. The extremely well established business hotel offers 165 rooms and suites, and several seminar rooms. Specialities from the region are served in the restaurant and bar.
A further dual project of the NOVUM Hotel Group is now being developed in Mainz – a NOVUM Style Hotel with 180 rooms and a NOVUM LikeApart Hotel with 99 apartments. This new-build project is realised in cooperation with Soini GmbH and the Hamburg-based Peter Möhrle Holding and is scheduled to open in autumn 2019.
More records are in the pipeline: Tourism in Germany is booming and so is the NOVUM Hotel Group. Based on preliminary figures the NOVUM Hotel Group achieved an impressive record turnover compared to the previous year amounting to 115 million euros (across the Group).
Vienna’s tourism sector remains on a success course. This steadily growing hotel market has now been selected as the location for a new project by the rapidly expanding NOVUM Hotel Group and the IMMOFINANZ real estate corporation. In less than two years, a new hotel landmark will open on the Wienerberg – the Holiday Inn Vienna – South with 201 rooms.

Top location in Regensburg: The 21st NOVUM Style Hotel – a new building with 258 rooms – is being constructed near the Main Station and in walking distance of the beautiful old town centre of Regensburg. This hotel project has been developed as a joint venture of F1RST Immobilien GmbH Düsseldorf, HIGHSTREET Development GMBH, BL Immobilien GmbH Regensburg, and Zepter Vermögensverwaltung – to open its doors in Regensburg in 2019.
Frankfurt am Main is in pole position: Increasingly more banks, financial institutions and Fintechs want to be part of the thriving metropolis at the Main river. By erecting yet another new hotel the NOVUM Hotel Group will meet this strongly growing demand. A hotel of the NOVUM Style Hotel brand with 352 rooms will be erected in the vicinity of the central exhibition grounds, in cooperation with the largest hotel project developer in German cities, the GBI AG, who has sold resp. set up projects of above 1.0 billion Euros.
Novum LikeApart mit derzeit zwei Häusern in Erlangen und Fürth und einem Entwicklungsprojekt bei Nürnberg wird nun im wirtschaftlich starken Bayern gezielt ausgebaut. Anfang 2019 wird in Aschheim bei München ein neues Haus mit 170 Wohneinheiten eröffnet. Investor ist die Stuttgarter Bülow AG.
